You may immerse yourself in the evening in a warm solution within your bath of water, eucalyptus oil and mineral powder containing particularly some minute amounts of magnesium if you can find it, if not we’ll be all right.
Soak for 5-10 minutes. Do not stretch it out. Get in and out while the solution is still warm. Do not make it too hot. Then after you are dry face East, take 3 slow deep breaths.
Stilliness is a great energizer.
You can do this and you can open certain energy doors.
You may taste, eat and take three deep breaths.
With your eyes closed see the sun rise, feel its warmth washing over you. Then face South, take 3 more deep breaths with your eyes closed.
Feel the expansiveness of plains stretching out before you, the wind one and dry and comfortable again washing over you, through you. Then face West, three more deep breaths. You may think of your ocean, its depths, its coolness, feel it liquid, smell its salt air.
One more time you may turn North, three more deep breaths. Feel the ice, feel the energy and feel the wisdom of the ages. Allow the entire electromagnetic field of the earth to align with you, to line with your North Pole. You may then open your eyes and go right on about your business.
Now you may if you wish do this exercise totally. So I would recommend the warm bath, well at least three times if you wish.
You have never heard of a place which sells those ingredients?
Dream of Paper Mold As Analogy for Physical Reality
Question: I had a dream where I’d spent an incredibly long time trying to figure out how to make a paper mold of a high relief plaster thing, how to carve it, how to put it all together. And I don’t see exactly theology for.
Bashar: Your reality is just as malleable, just as formable.
Take your reality, your primal energy, the essence of creation, and form a mold from it.
From that mold you will always get repetition.
You can learn from that the repetition becoming something. This was because the repetition was beneath your capability to accomplish.
That dream let you emerge from the fixed repetition and manipulation of more dense 3-dimensional reality into less dense reality.
The paper mold symbolizes the energy of the denser reality.
The inability to achieve cohesion with your paper mache telling you that you are now working with material not so likely to be locked into a mold.
Question: Yeah, but I got bored with it because if you’re going to put the two things together in order to get them back apart, the shape has to be so simple it is boring.
Bashar: That is why you are not able to achieve what is beneath you.
The more elevated you become, the less likely you will want to go back.
This goes right on through physical life and into what you call death. The physical world from the viewpoint of a non-physical being is in a way really quite boring when you can create in an instant with your mind, as it were your thoughts, any reality you so desire.
Resistant Negative Thoughts
Question: I have a apparently very resistant negative thought. Do you have any suggestions about how? I have an apparent negative thought system.
Bashar: With those choice of words, you are in a position to stand back and observe your thought pattern objectively.
Question: Sometimes I’m not aware that I’m having
Bashar: You are playing Catch 22 with yourself. You are trying to sneak up on your bad side. No can do.
But it will always win. You will always lose. You always expect it to be there.
Expectation alone allows it to continue.
Your negative side in of itself, it’s not such a bad thing.
If you wish to continue to be physical, you need it. You know it is part of what you are as a personality in this physical existence.
If you try to catch it being naughty, it will always act like a spoiled child. Allow it to grow up within you.
Take its place right alongside the other grown-up portions of your personality. Invite it in for dinner. That way it will not sneak up on you. You will know when it is coming.
You will be ready for it. You will be able to sit down across from it at the dinner table and talk to it leisurely over a nice enjoyable meal.
It will start to talk to you. It will not hide from you. You will not have to play hide and seek.
Question: Should I listen to it?
Bashar: You should.
Question: Is that because I want to continue to be physical?
Bashar: In any sense, I realize once again manifestation of what you term negative ego simply an opportunity for positive identification, positive integration with all portions of your personality.
Negative ego sometimes is one of the hardest to swap. Follow that is all right. Utilize it as a positive opportunity.
Realize the true paradox.
Paradox is the mirror of your higher self. You coming out at your best when you observe paradox occurring within your reality. You are being a creator really.
Those 2 seemingly impossible to coexist ideas, since they exist, can not be impossible.
You are being very creative to allow them to overlap, to be able to perceive both sides.
So realize the paradox of it is that when you allow each portion of your personality, of your identity, its full recognition, then at that moment you become well homogenous, completely integrated.
Recognizing all the parts allows you to recognize the whole.
Or would you like to invent a way in which you feel comfortable communicating with what you feel to be your negative side?
Question: Yes, go right ahead.
Bashar: You also have a positive creative side. So you have every tool you need to invent such a means. Be creative.
Question: I think that it says: whatever I start, I won’t finish.
Bashar: Both sides are here right now. They are both listening to you very intently.
Question: So the other side is: “whatever I’ll start, I will finish.”
Bashar: They both are a part of you. You are the integration of both sides.
You can do whatever you wish anytime you so desire. Doing nothing or stopping is still a choice. You’re not being stopped, you are choosing to stop.
Question: I choose to stop because I think I’m not going to get the results I want as fast as I want.
Bashar: So what? Time does not exist anyway.
Question: So what then? I’d rather indulge myself like go around the beach which is what I usually do.
Bashar: So do it.
Question: But what then? I go into really awful balance.
Bashar: You can rearrange the equation.
Question: Oh, you mean I could not go to the beach?
Bashar: That in and of itself is a totally separate idea. It has nothing to do with the other idea where you run on the beach and go into debt.
Running on the beach and not going into debt is a separate reality. All you need to do is to visualize and focus your reality on that outcome.
Allow the details to take care of themselves. They will. You know you are that creative even unconsciously, even subconsciously, especially hyperconsciously.
It is the total in your terms total integration of not only all of your what do you term personality parts, but also all of your lifetime hearts. And in very many ways it is also the sum of your various souls of shoes, both in this dimension and any other dimension you choose to perceive. You’re multidimensional.
Each idea, each thought is its own dimension, its own reality unto itself, and within the framework you have created for yourselves as creators in that sense you have made it separate.
Question: Why do some of the thoughts seem to take form and others don’t?
Bashar: Do you know that within your medical profession one of the signs your healers look for in a patient is that first sigh.
That means they are beginning to heal themselves. They are taking back responsibility for their reality, for what they have created for themselves.
They sit in their sick beds pondering all that they have done for themselves. And when they arrive at the conclusion that yes, I have only myself to blame. Well, what am I going to do about that then?
Guess I’m the only one who can fix it. Guess I better get back on the job. Sounds terrible. Yes, when they say that they are to blame, sounds terrible. But if they should lie there and go wait a moment, no one else is doing this to me. Yes, that means I’m the one totally responsible. Responsible. That means if I was responsible for that, I created it.
If I created that, I could create something else. If I could create something else, that means I can create anything I want to create. I can create anything I want to create. I can create only positive things.
Question: What if that negative thing creeps up again and catches me by surprise?
Bashar: But if I am only creating positive things, then even the existence of my negative ego must for some reason have a positive existence, or it would not be there. If I am a creator to begin with, and I know I am a positive creation, then all of my parts, even what I term the negative ones, must have a positive reason for being. What do you think about that idea?
Question: I think it’s wonderful. And then the next thought I have is, how do I do that? What do I do when I hear myself say, “Oh God, I made such a mess, it’s going to take me 100 lifetimes or something”?
Bashar: All right, you may allow your imagination to run rampant without necessarily believing that you need to realize any of those thoughts. You can kick yourself around the world without realizing that you have to bring that into your reality. All right, therefore that is what I’m saying. You can play with your negative side. You can allow it free reign. You, you, you total you, does not have to allow that idea to manifest. You can play with it all you want.
Question: Well, it seems like allowed something to all right.
Bashar: But we are now speaking about you’re here and now. Right. Thank you. You may remain if you wish here and now. Realize, or do you already realize that the future is only an illusion?
Question: Uh, yes.
Bashar: All right, then you may allow yourself to realize that the past is an illusion as well.
What is left? Now and now. May include the results of the past though. All right, but that is really if you stop to well I’ll say think about it, an impossible statement.
Results imply the existence of the past. They do not manifest within your present. The present does not contain the results of the past. Your present contains an idea of the past.
Question: Within that idea you manufacture for yourself the concept of cause and effect. In other words, in your words, results, one lead to the other.
Bashar: A, B, C. Well, really if A is the past and B is the present and C is the future, there is only B. And B equals A and B equals C. But A does not have to equal C. C does not have to equal A, since they both come from B. Since they are both projections from B, they do not have to connect through B. Do you follow me?
Question: Yes. What that does, that helps as an idea. I’m a little nervous about being able to apply that.
Bashar: Right. Realize one thing: idea is all the reality you ever experience. All the reality you ever experience, what you are experiencing right now, is only an idea. As you say, only, but it is real. Any other idea can become to you just as real as this one seems to be apparently.
Question: Accept that possibility. And I think it’s a possibility that I still feel stuck in.
Bashar: All right, as long as you feel stuck, you will be stuck.
Question: How do I get unfeeling stuck?
Bashar: Do not feel stuck.
Question: Who is that? A drastic oversimplification. I don’t know, I’m going to try. Thank you.
Bashar: That is all it takes. Willing to try. But really, be willing to do. You do not have to try. You are a creator. You do not try to create. Look around you. You have created. This is your reality, your universe. You do not try. You created. Realize you cannot stop yourself from creating. You do not have to try. If you feel like you are trying, then all you have done is create the idea that you are trying. That in and of itself is also a creation. Render everything into its primal idea state. Even the idea of trying is only an idea. And if it is only an idea, it is no more nor less, but no more able to be real than any other idea. It is only an idea. It is equal to them all. They are all equal.
Bashar: Every idea, every reality has equal potential for existence. Allow the one you desire to manifest. Only allow. Do not try.
Question: Where do you as an entity place your goals for your own value fulfillment?
Bashar: All right, we have chosen at this time one idea. Well, we have chosen more than one idea, but I will tell you one: allowing you to experience your own creatorhood increases for us within our perception of the universe, I’ll say a more harmonious state of reality in which we can further realize our own creatorhood.
