The 5 Mental layers are the internal divisions created by the belligerence of the Positive and Negative in the metaphysical domain.
This is studied by Spiritual Superphysics.
We use the abstract descriptive names as follows:

Koshas Versus Lokas
Koshas are densities while lokas are dimensions. These can usually be used interchangeably unless when referring to specific techniques or technologies.
